Personalized Independence Inc. is a private corporation certified and licensed through the State of Oregon to provide service and support for adults that experience intellectual delays and/or developmental disabilities residing in and around Benton County.
Personalized Independence Inc. provides 24 hour residential care and support which may include, but is not limited to: assistance with personal care, medication administration, housekeeping (ensure home/yard is kept in safe and sanitary manner), nutrition, health and medical care, behavioral support, record keeping, finances, safety, education, community integration, vocational and other daily activities both in the home and community.
